Would book again

The hotel is located close to the main part of Holbox, so everything is reached by foot within ~ 15 minutes. Unfortunately the whole area was flooded but luckily there was a path built to the hotel which made walking there easy. The hotel itself is nicely decorated and our room was really big with a nice balcony facing the pool-area and a big bathroom. The staff was really nice and helpful as well. We even extended our stay in the hotel because we liked it so much.

Location close to the main street and beach, 5-10min walk The room was big enought for two adults and we heard not that much noise The price with the offer is totaly fair Comfy bed I recommend the hotel for people who are looking for a simple/cheap room which they can sleep and spend more time outside.

The reception guys (2different guys) are not realy friendly, they don't smile or are kind or something else. The minimum of friendly being is HI and not more. They don't change the Beach/Pool towels per day. They don't clean the room deeply, don't look to deep in detail:) no power in the shower, if you will take a shower and your partner use the sink, its no water in the shower anymore:) I let them wash my clothes (45L=460pesos) i recognize after checkout that some things are missing (white blouses, black top) which is realy sad. Front of the hotel, big hole with water/muddy because of rain. You can reach the hotel only from one way more easy the others are fully with rainwater on the streets. Around the hotel, like 70% in holbox, muddy streets and a lot of trash...it's so sad that they are not more envoirememt friendly in the island.

great experience overall.

it was new and clean, the staff were very friendly and it is in a quite location so you dont have to worry about the noise. Within a couple of minutes walk you have shops and restaurant but to get the the center and where all the main action is it is a good 10-15min stroll. so just bear in mind that it is a bit of a walk but still totally convenient.

the breakfast choice was not good. they were out of many things, could only make black coffee. definitely the quality and choice could be improved. However you can of course eat outside which was what we did after our first and only breakfast attempt there.

Good location in Holbox to stay.

Good location - short walk from the ferry drop off point and not too far to walk to the beach/main square. Room was a decent size and the shower had a clothes line so you can hang any wet clothes. There were 3 options for the included breakfast: 2 mexican options and 1 american which was enough variety for a short stay.

Location, its about close to everywhere Building is pretty new We liked the bar and barman Clean and speciious Great wifi

Bicycles we ťrented from the reception were not in great shape: baslet keep fallimg off, steering had loosen nut, so pls check it before renting.

Good value for money and good location

Very well located - close to the port, town center and beach (though further from the nicer beaches towards punta mosquito). Spacious rooms and modern look with daily clean/ service and great hot water pressure (which is something we struggled to find elsewhere in the region). Breakfast options (included in the rate) are limited but good.

Very clean, good sized room and very comfortable. Conveniently located close to the ferry and the centre of town

Very Good

The room was a good size and had a nice patio that you could walk out to the pool from. It was very clean and the staff were welcoming. Breakfast included was nice and it was lovely to sit on the roof terrace for this. The location was ideal for us.. far enough from everything so it was quiet but close enough to walk.

The lack of sun beds that managed to get the sun around the pool area. This can’t be helped though as it is a small enclosed area.

Wonderful stay!

We loved our stay at Naj Casa. Staff were all very welcoming and considerate. The entire property was spotless clean even though it had rained during both days of our stay and the roads outside were flooded and mucky. Great AC in the room. Beautiful pool area. Room was a great size with a fridge and coffee making facilities and a TV which came in helpful during the never ending rain. Good location - 10 minute walk to the busy centre.

Beautiful, comfortable, clean, chilled and fun!

This hotel has it all! We loved it! Cute pool, great facilities, rooms are very comfortable, free coffee and a machine in the room, soft towels, this place was paradise! The staff are attentive and very friendly

The bar by the pool didn’t do coffee and on the day we were there it didn’t do any hot food. Was a bit of a dud!

Great stay, but slightly tainted by the room taxes and 5% card charge

The room and the pool were lovely.

The breakfast was slow service and not very nice. There were extra taxes on the room which were then inflated by the fact the was a 5% card charge. We would have paid in cash but the cash points on the island charged even more than 5%.

Nice place in a great location

It is a ver nice boutique hotel nearby the city center and the ferry (walking distance). The left complimentary water for us which was god send in the heat. The staff was very friendly and never missed to greet us when passing by. The restaurant was closed when we got there but they made an exception and cooked for us what we wanted! Thank you!!

The double beds are a little small for two people, it would be nice to have queen beds instead.

Exceptional

Excellent location, 2 blocks off Main Street. Staff were fabulous and friendly .. place was spotlessly clean! Lovely poon and loungers around it.. didn’t use restaurant but we got lovely snacks at the pool. Room very spacious and lovely balcony with hammock, kitchenette fully equipped. Room cleaned every day!

The wifi was perfect on the first day but it was very hit and miss after that, maybe due to the power outage that happened during our stay.

My stay was really good.

The room was really nice and very clean! Also the staff really attentive.

The hotel is fine just I don’t think is 5 star hotel. In this regard a bit expensive. For the price we pay it should include breakfast.

Great hotel with lovely staff

Great location. Staff went above and beyond. pool area is lovely and relaxing. Nice view from the room. Room is of a great size and kept very very clean by the staff. WiFi connection very strong throughout hotel and AC was brilliant. Really good value for money!

Breakfast not great- staff got our order wrong. Pool bar wasn’t open much.

Wonderful

The room was very spacious and we had a really big bed. The pool area was nice with some sunbeds. You could walk into town in about 5 minutes, so that was perfect
